What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading architectural planning, design development, and execution of hospital construction and renovation projects
  • Master planning acting as the design authority for space planning, campus development, and lifecycle management
  • Preparing technical specifications, project budgets, and coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Overseeing construction phases, inspections, deficiency correction, and contractor coordination
  • Representing the organization in project meetings, regulatory discussions, and final approvals

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Current Architect Licensure required
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural planning, with healthcare-focused design and construction
  • Experience with capital planning, life-cycle design, and stakeholder engagement across clinical settings
