Key Responsibilities
- Educate Medicare beneficiaries about plan options and eligibility
- Guide callers through the enrollment process with clarity and care
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining full compliance
- Maintain a professional and compassionate tone with every caller
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
- Medicare knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a heart for helping others
Compensation
- Base Salary: $35,000 annually
- Paid weekly: $673.08 before taxes
- Bonuses Per Paid Application:
- - $50 - MA/MAPD, Med Supp, HIP
- - $25 - New to Medicare (MA/MAPD)
- - $40 - DVH
- - $30 - Cancer plans
- - $20 - PDP
- Note: Bonuses are paid the third full week of the following month and require a 12-month rolling average of 20 net
apps/month.
Renewals
- $50 per client annually for MA, MAPD, and Med Supp plans
- Paid monthly: $4.17 per client
- Med Supp renewals paid for up to 6 years
