We are working with a national diagnostics company that is hiring a Health Systems Sales Executive to drive new business across a multi-state territory in the Southwest. This is a pure hunter role focused on selling high-value clinical reference testing into large hospital systems and IDNs. The ideal candidate has experience selling to C-suite healthcare executives, with a track record of winning complex, long-cycle deals. While experience in diagnostics is helpful, strong candidates may also come from medical device or healthcare services backgrounds. The role offers a base salary around $155K, a company car, and uncapped commissions with expected total compensation between $275K–$300K, with top performers earning more. The position requires frequent travel within the region and a strategic, consultative sales approach. Candidates must be self-driven, persistent, and comfortable calling on executives at large health systems. Opportunities for advancement are significant for high performers.
