Health Equity Consultant
Job Description
HCT seeks an experienced healthcare professional to serve as Interim Health Equity Consultant for a 140+ bed hospital in California.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with HSAG Auditor, IT and data teams on reporting information and communicating data appropriately.
- Consulting for the QIP (Quality Incentive Pool) program to improve quality, patient outcomes, and provider performance for the facility.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ related experience in Managed Care or Quality within an acute care setting and strong knowledge of the QIP Program in California, Leapfrog, Core Measures, CHCS, and HEDIS.
- Computer Skills: Strong experience with Excel and running queries, Epic
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
