Job Description
This well-established, design-led fashion accessories company is seeking a C-Suite level Head of Sales who will take the reins of a strong sales team and drive the next era of strategic growth. This is a rare opportunity to drive revenue for a privately held, trend-focused brand known for quality and innovation across categories including handbags, hats, scarves, belts, and more.
Position

Lead all sales and merchandising strategy across a thriving private label and branded business.

Drive revenue growth, stabilize short-term performance, and expand into major new accounts

Modernize the sales function through strategic account planning and performance metrics.

Build a high-performing, revenue-focused culture, with the authority to structure teams and strategy as needed

Serve as a strategic right hand to the President & Founder, shaping the future of the business.

Collaborate with design and merchandising to guide product direction and market alignment.

Engage senior retail buyers and strengthen key account relationships

Qualifications

10+ years leading wholesale sales in fashion/accessories; handbag experience strongly preferred

Proven success scaling revenue and modernizing sales organizations with annual revenue exceeding $90MM

Expertise in private label strategy and relationships with major accounts (e.g., Macy’s, Kohl’s, Belk, WalMart)

Strategic, emotionally intelligent leader who is both creative and analytical
Annual salary plus incentives: $300K+
