Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry
  • Travel to meet with potential clients
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and summits
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and inventory management challenges
  • Understanding of clinical systems in healthcare such as Epic and Cerner
  • Understanding of materials systems in healthcare such as PeopleSoft and Lawson
  • Deep experience with technical sales involving multiple stakeholders and systems integrations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility, which enables access to customer sites and essential job functions. Proofs must include Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), Annual TB/PPD (skin test), and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
