Our client is seeking a strategic, high-energy leader to oversee all Sales, Marketing, and Brand Partnership initiatives.
This role requires a savvy marketer with a firm grasp of digital channels, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms, along with a commercial mindset to build and grow relationships with top distributors and national brands. The ideal candidate will blend data-driven decision-making with a creative vision and strong execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy focused on growth, user acquisition, and brand loyalty.
- Build and manage partnerships with key distributors and major consumer brands.
- Led and executed digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid media platforms.
- Identify, engage, and manage influencer collaborations and content-creator strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- Lead brand storytelling efforts and elevate brand presence in the market.
- Analyze customer data and performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and product-market fit.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to align growth strategies with business goals.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and with partners to grow the business footprint.
Who You Are
- Proven track record in marketing, brand management, or sales leadership within the e-commerce, retail, food delivery, or consumer goods space.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer engagement strategies, and e-commerce marketing tools.
- Strong network or experience working with food/grocery distributors and brand partners.
- Highly strategic with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial instincts and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
