If you’ve spent your career selling into $1–10B banks and credit unions, understand how they buy, and know how to position value in their world.....this role is designed for you.

Our client has built a modern API enablement platform that gives financial institutions white-labeled, customer-facing APIs for real-time money movement across FedNow, RTP, and stablecoin networks. It empowers FIs to deliver automated commercial workflows that their business clients are increasingly demanding without ripping out existing systems.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where your relationships, credibility, and knowledge of FI buying cycles will set the pace for growth.

What You’ll Lead

  • Own GTM and revenue strategy targeting banks and credit unions in the $1-10B asset range.

  • Leverage your existing executive relationships to create meetings, accelerate trust, and drive early momentum.

  • Navigate the full FI buying process....from initial conversations through contract signing, compliance, vendor management, and integration.

  • Lead the entire revenue lifecycle: pipeline creation, complex deal structuring, onboarding coordination, and expansion.

  • Build strategic partnerships with cores, payment networks, fintech platforms, and integration partners to extend reach.

  • Work closely with the CEO, CTO and CPO to align GTM with roadmap and institutional needs.

  • Establish the sales processes, forecasting, and reporting foundations for predictable, scalable growth.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years selling treasury technology, payments to the commercial side of banks and credit unions.

  • Deep insight into the operational and compliance realities of $1-10B institutions.

  • A trusted network of CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, and Payment/Treasury leaders.

  • Proven ability to open doors, create urgency, and shepherd deals through complex FI evaluation paths.

  • Experience taking revenue from early-stage to multi-million ARR.

  • Strong understanding of modern payment rails (FedNow, RTP, ACH, stablecoins) and commercial banking trends.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts (APIs, integrations, real-time workflows) into FI-centric value stories.

Nice to Have

  • Background in BaaS, payments infrastructure, or core modernization.
