Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own all revenue-generating functions, including sales, partnerships, account management, and revenue operations
  • Build and scale a structured sales organization, expanding beyond the current founder-led and referral-based motion
  • Establish a formal account management function to support retention, expansion, and long-term customer value
  • Implement and own CRM selection, deployment, pipeline visibility, and forecasting processes
  • Develop outbound sales and partnership strategies to complement existing inbound demand
  • Create professional sales processes, targets, and operating rhythms to support predictable growth
  • Serve as a senior commercial partner to the CEO, supporting strategic deals and high-impact partnerships
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10 or more years of experience in revenue leadership, sales leadership, or commercial strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience building revenue organizations from early-stage or minimally structured environments
  • Strong background in CRM implementation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
  • Experience developing outbound sales motions in addition to inbound or referral-based growth
  • Proven ability to hire, manage, and scale sales, account management, or revenue operations teams
  • Comfortable operating in a bootstrapped, capital-efficient environment without heavy marketing spend
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital health, telemedicine, healthcare services, or direct-to-consumer healthcare strongly preferred
