Head of Property Assessments/ Estimating

Estimator Position

My client is looking for a Senior Estimator to take on the role of Head of Property Assessments and Estimating. Based in Parramatta the role covers the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area.

The key responsibilities are the handling of assessment, estimating and providing scope of work for new property claims from both our insurance and commercial clients: and manage and ensure work is completed as per internal best practise schedules. \

Qualifications and Experience
Experience in restoration, insurance building and or property assessments
Management /leadership experience in previous roles
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in
Must have demonstrated organisational skills
Minimum 3-5 years in industry
Have had experience in working with key decision makers within the insurance and commercial markets
