Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Focuses on helping large care organizations improve financial performance and clinical quality.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the product roadmap, shaping a platform that delivers measurable value to both CFOs and clinicians.
  • Align expertise across cross-functional teams, including AI, clinical, commercial, and data leaders, as well as external design partners.
  • Integrate AI technologies into the platform, leveraging both build and buy approaches (e.g., embedding third-party AI financial tools).
  • Architect and manage interoperability—unifying EHR, ERP, cost, supply-chain, staffing, and claims datasets into normalized, actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into prescriptive tools that drive decisions, accountability, and performance across clinical and financial teams.
  • Engage directly with design partners and hospital stakeholders to understand workflows, refine personas, and validate product direction.
  • Balance short-term deliverables with long-term innovation to ensure scalability and alignment with value-based care objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate to improve usability, adoption, and impact.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing to ensure competitive positioning and clear product messaging.
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare trends, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy.

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software.
  • Proven success building products that unify disparate datasets (e.g., EHR, ERP, population health, VBC systems).
  • Strong understanding of hospital data architecture and interoperability standards.
  • Fluency in AI and modern data tooling, including knowledge of the evolving AI stack and embeddable solutions.
  • Deep curiosity and ability to prototype and experiment, integrating new technologies quickly.
  • Experience collaborating across clinical, data, and financial stakeholders to drive product outcomes.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience in population health or value-based care products.
  • Familiarity with hospital financial systems, CFO workflows, and FP&A processes.
  • Experience building prescriptive analytics or decision-support products.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, fast-paced healthtech environment.
