The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading or developing a PMO function

• A background in fintech, financial services, software, or professional services

• Experience establishing delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting structures

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level

• Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused environment

• Experience supporting transformation, integration, or organisational change would be an advantage
