TITLE: Head of Operations - Multifamily

LOCATION: North East

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior most executive leader to head up an in-house Multifamily Property Management Company at the highest level. This is with a vertically integrated Owner, Investor, Developer, Builder and Operator who has ~6,000 units AUM of class A multifamily properties (all owned properties), with capital and plans to to double AUM over the next few years through new development deliveries.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are searching for a true business executive leader who is institutionally minded, entrepreneurially spirited and understands/enjoys both; the full life cycle of multifamily real estate and leading a best in class property management business. This position will be the right-hand property management partner to the CEO. This multifamily property management executive leader is at the business and strategic planning level; who will build, grow and manage the property management entity at the highest level. They will create, implement and manage all aspects of the property operations business (infrastructure, culture, team, strategy, business plan, programs, systems, policies, etc...) within an owner, developer and builder with a "forever-hold" model.

Again, we are searching for a strong business and executive leader to head up and continue building out the strategy, team, platform, plan and culture for the property management company at the highest level. The firm is very well capitalized, has a strong history of success and growth combined with the ability to grow organically.
