Job Description
Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Healthcare AI company providing a full-stack agentic AI platform that transforms clinical trial patient recruitment and enrollment
- Automates the end-to-end recruitment workflow including patient identification, screening, and engagement using proprietary clinical AI and multilingual voice agents
- Integrates seamlessly with existing CTMS and EHR systems and can be deployed within hospital cloud environments to ensure full data privacy
- Serves research sites, CROs, and pharma organizations looking to accelerate enrollment timelines and reduce operational burden
- Early-stage company positioned at the intersection of clinical research, AI automation, and healthcare interoperability with a focus on faster, more efficient trial execution
- Own the entire commercial engine as a member of the executive team with full decision rights over ICP definition, channel strategy, sales process, pipeline architecture, and forecast methodology
- Serve as the face of the company to customers, partners, and investors in the market
- Map and qualify the existing pipeline with probability, next actions, and clear go or no-go decisions on each opportunity
- Conduct direct discovery conversations to develop a defensible point of view on ICP, buying process, and product fit
- Define ICP with specificity including site types, therapeutic areas, and sponsor profiles as well as clear criteria for who is not a fit
- Document the full sales process from first contact through pilot close including stages, decision criteria, objections, and stall points
- Build and own an active pilot pipeline with agreed start dates and defined success criteria
- Produce and iterate on the GTM playbook including channel performance, messaging, and buyer journey documentation
- Build a bottom-up revenue forecast from actual pipeline, conversion rates, and sales cycle data
- Turn the commercial motion into a repeatable, documented, scalable model within the first 12 months
- Make the first downstream commercial hire recommendation with a specific rationale when the time is right
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS, digital health, or clinical research with direct US market experience.
- You can hold credible discovery conversations with CMOs, VPs of Clinical Operations, and CFOs. You know the difference between a conversation that is progressing and one that is politely stalling.
- You have sold to or alongside clinical research sites, CROs, or pharma operations. You understand how these organizations buy.
- You think in terms of leading indicators: conversion rate from outreach to meeting, meeting to pilot proposal, and proposal to signed agreement. You track these because you cannot diagnose what is wrong without the data.
- You can build a revenue forecast and defend every assumption in it. When the forecast is wrong, you know why and you adjust.
- You have strong opinions about what will work and what will not, and the confidence to stand behind them.
- You are resourceful. The marketing engine, the full budget, the complete team: none of it exists yet. You are not waiting for it.
- You are fluent in HubSpot. Pipeline management, deal stages, activity tracking, and reporting are second nature. You do not need someone to set it up for you.
- You use AI tools actively to synthesize field data, pressure-test your thinking, and produce analysis you can defend. If this is not already how you work, you will not keep pace.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Clinical research site operations, CRO commercial roles, or pharma business development
- Digital health platforms with complex B2B buying cycles and multi-stakeholder procurement
- Early-stage healthtech or life sciences companies where you built the commercial motion before anyone else did
