Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Digital health company providing an integrated virtual care platform that helps provider organizations manage chronic conditions remotely and at scale
- Delivers a turnkey model spanning patient enrollment, activation, care coordination, billing, and RCM as a white-labeled extension of the provider's existing program
- Helps health systems and physician groups build new revenue streams through chronic care programs without adding operational burden
- Combines remote patient monitoring, AI-guided care coordination, and population analytics into a single streamlined platform
- Positioned in the growing chronic care management and remote patient monitoring market with a full-service partnership model designed for rapid deployment
- Drive margin expansion and profitability; own the financial roadmap that supports the company's growth trajectory on a profitable basis
- Serve as a day-to-day financial operator; partner closely with functional team leadership across clinical operations, sales, product, and technology to drive business performance
- Own the relationship with the board and investors; prepare and deliver clear, confident financial reporting and narrative that gives stakeholders confidence and visibility
- Build and own financial models for the clinical workforce staffing operation; deep understanding of how LPN, RN, and care coordinator costs flow through the P&L and how to optimize that structure at scale
- Conduct ROI and margin analysis for new service lines and programs; support strategic pricing and go-to-market financial decisions
- Drive technology infrastructure and integration within the finance function; lead or oversee ERP implementation and modernization of financial tooling; Rippling familiarity is a plus
- Manage and develop the existing finance team: controller, FP&A analyst, and junior accountant; build the function as the company scales
- Support M&A analysis and diligence as the company begins to explore inorganic growth opportunities
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on operational and strategic decisions that have financial implications; be a voice in the room, not just a reporter after the fact
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Senior finance leadership experience with full ownership of the finance function, including financial planning, reporting, board communications, and operational finance at a meaningful scale
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed or venture-backed company with a focus on driving toward profitability and margin expansion; understands what it means to control your own destiny as a business
- Deep experience with clinical workforce and staffing models; you have worked at a company that employs nurses, LPNs, care coordinators, or similar clinical staff and understand how to model, manage, and optimize that cost structure
- Strong communicator; able to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narrative for a CEO, board, and investors; comfortable owning the financial story and presenting it with confidence
- Technically savvy; not just an Excel operator; comfortable with modern finance tools, ERP systems, and driving automation and integration in the finance function
- M&A experience or exposure; not necessarily day one but must be a capability you bring or are actively building
- Self-starter with high initiative; proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions without waiting to be asked
- Healthcare, digital health, or SaaS company experience is strongly preferred; understanding of recurring revenue models and clinical operations is a meaningful differentiator
