Head of Credit Union Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned and well-connected, Head of Credit Union Partnerships to drive relationships across the Credit Union Vendor Community!

Company: is a fast-growing AI software company that builds agentic AI solutions specifically for community banks and credit unions — their technology is designed to help financial institutions manage customer service more efficiently through AI-powered agents. These agents handle routine customer inquiries, such as modifying mortgage payments or opening new accounts, and are trained specifically for the banking sector. AI agents can resolve over 60% of customer requests, reducing the need for human intervention in basic tasks. The platform combines voice, chat, and employee co-pilot AI into a single system powered by one intelligent brain that continuously learns and acts autonomously.

Position: The Head of Credit Union Partnerships will build, strengthen and manage the relationships with Software companies (core, account opening, loan origination, digital banking) who are reselling the platform and Consultants / Consulting companies (Cornerstone, EngageFI etc.) who are making recommendations and running the RFP process.

Company sells to: Community Banks and Credit Unions.

Location: Remote Office, Major US city

Travel: 30-50% for sales meetings, conferences

Compensation: Base + Commissions + Equity + 100% paid medical, dental, vision Benefits

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Partnerships role.
• ideal candidates have experience with CCaaS, Core Processing, Digital Banking, Digital Communications, conversational baking, customer engagement platforms, conversational AI, Customer Interaction Technology, Chatbots, Virtual assistants
• Sales Methodology Training: MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Value Selling Framework, Sandler, Command of the Message, Target Account Selling
• Skilled in using generative AI tools to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and preparedness for sales presentations, meetings and pipeline management.
