Job Description
Title of Position: Head of Centralised Human Capital Services
Package: 250,000 Baht
Report to: VP/ Head of Global Human Capital
Job Purpose:
To provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for Human Capital functions across business units in company, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in talent management, associate engagement, and compliance while aligning with the Group’s overarching business objectives.
Key Qualification:
- 10+ years in Human Capital/HR, including at least 3 years in a multi-property leadership role in a hospitality group or multinational company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree or international HR certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of labor laws across multiple countries
- Skilled in budget management and strategic manpower planning
- Experience in Laguna HC policy implementation and standardisation
- Fluency in English and local languages (written and spoken) within the operating region
- Experience with AI-based recruitment tools and digital HC platforms
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with green HC practices or sustainability initiatives in hospitality
- Knowledge of global mobility and expatriate management2
