Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead all accounting operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, and treasury management.

Transition & Integration:
Oversee the successful migration of accounting and treasury functions from US to Puerto Rico, ensuring seamless operational continuity.

Regulatory Compliance & Controls:
Develop and implement rigorous controls, compliance frameworks, and financial procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.

Strategic Financial Management:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies supporting the company's growth and profitability goals.

Team Development:
Build and mentor a high-performing accounting and treasury team, creating an efficient, scalable function to meet evolving business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

5–8 Years of Relevant Experience
Significant experience within a accounting firm or in a senior accounting role within a regulated industry.

Strong Technical Accounting Expertise
Deep understanding of accounting standards, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance.
