Job Title: Head Chef

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen staff, develop innovative menus, control inventory, and support the Production-Fresh Manager in daily operations.

Work Schedule

  • Shift Structure: 8-hour shifts.
  • Roster: 5 working days followed by 2 days off.
  • Shift Times: 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm, 9pm-5am.

  • El Socorro, South.

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary: $13,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, customer-focused meals and sandwiches
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation
  • Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve food-related issues
  • Contribute to menu planning, budget management, and staff scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
