Job Title: Head Chef
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen staff, develop innovative menus, control inventory, and support the Production-Fresh Manager in daily operations.
Work Schedule
- Shift Structure: 8-hour shifts.
- Roster: 5 working days followed by 2 days off.
- Shift Times: 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm, 9pm-5am.

- El Socorro, South.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $13,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative, customer-focused meals and sandwiches
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation
- Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve food-related issues
- Contribute to menu planning, budget management, and staff scheduling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership, team management, and strong organizational skills
- Expertise in culinary techniques and industry trends
- Budget management, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
