Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Hotel with several award winning fine dining restaurants.
This role will lead the Teppanyaki restaurant, and will be reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef & Executive Chef.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Well experienced in various facets of Teppanyaki
• Experience in similar position in luxury 5* hotel or high level free-standing restaurant
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current #2 would be considered
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury environment
• Computer literate
• Great eye for detail
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Passion for service excellence
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Energetic, results oriented, motivated, hard working
• Good attitude, proactive and reliable
• Able to work under pressure
• Good in English both written and spoken
• Flexible working hours
