- Lead daily bakery production and maintain product quality
- Develop and improve bakery and pastry items
- Support menu development for future franchise locations
- Train and guide bakery staff as needed
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and food safety standards
- Extensive experience in bakery and pastry production
- Strong knowledge of dough, bread, and pastry handling
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive mindset
- Interest in growing with a startup and franchise business
