You must have:
- Minimum 2 years corporate experience including customer service.
- Executive-Class English communication skills
- The ability to be an active listener who leverages this skill to truly understand client needs
- High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- Persistence, Self-motivation and entrepreneurial tendencies
- A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet. You have good typing and computer skills.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage people in conversations anywhere!
- University Degree preferred
- We will train you to become a phenomenal recruiter, but you must have education or strong corporate experience in accounting and/or finance.

- This position has a large sales element to it. You need to know how to sell yourself. You will be given warm leads and customers, but you will be expected to make cold calls and develop new business as well. For you to succeed you will need to have no reluctance picking up the phone and calling people you don't know!

- You have the desire to build a personal and company awareness within the business community through a consistent and dedicated process of industry events, PR, client meetings and networking.

- You possess strong negotiation skills with an ability to think quickly on your feet to quickly grasp client's feedback... understanding that client objections means they require more information in order to turn that into a sale.
