HR/Payroll Administrator $25 - $27/hour

Searching for candidates with payroll and dealership accounting office experience. Detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for all payroll processing
  • Timely and accurate processing of multiple payroll cycles per month
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Oversee the verification of time records for compliance, accuracy and completeness
  • Responsible for administration of payroll deductions (e.g., garnishments, child support)
  • Manage benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations and billings
  • Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations
  • Process all new hire and terminated employee documentation
  • Report all worker’s compensation claims
  • Process weekly spiff payments
  • Process payroll taxes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a Payroll/HR role
  • Experience working in a dealership accounting office preferred
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data-driven, thorough, and organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen
