Objective:
As an HRBP/HR Generalist, you will act as a strategic partner to company leaders, offering essential support and guidance on HR matters. Your role will encompass coaching management on disciplinary actions, maintaining a visible HR presence to engage directly with employees, and enhancing workplace culture with equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. You will optimize HR processes including performance management, employee transitions, and leadership development. Your responsibilities also include leading employee relations, overseeing exit interviews, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, conducting internal audits, and supporting special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to ensure high employee satisfaction and compliance.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Implement strategic HR practices to support recruitment, training, and retention.
- Develop and revise company policies to align with corporate goals and foster an inclusive culture.
- Serve as a conduit between HR leadership and staff, ensuring smooth information flow and organizational harmony.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, showcasing a strong ability to manage and resolve workplace issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications.
