BCTG’s direct client is looking for a HR Workday BA. Must be able to work on a W2. US or GC only. This role is 100% remote at least until April 2021 but prefers someone within the tri-state or EST time zone. 3 month assignment. Immediate start. Communication skills are huge. They also need to be very strong on interpersonal and facilitation skills. Candidate need to be adaptable, flexible, etc.

  • BA to start late February
  • 3-month contract to provide support during current BA maternity leave, but possibility of extension.
  • Support projects/workstreams related to one or more of the following:
    • Enterprise Learning Management System Implementation
    • Workday Recruiting Improvements
    • Workday Absence Rebuild
    • Workday Benefits Plan Changes
    • Workday Benefits Invoice Project
    • Random Union Drug Screen Implementation
    • Union Step Increase Implementation
  • In addition to all standard BA skills/responsibilities, we would be looking for the following:
    • Experience with HR projects
    • Experience with Workday implementations
    • Experience with Agile
