HR Business Partner / Site HR Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support operations at the site level and serve as a strategic partner to business leadership. This role plays a critical part in driving talent initiatives, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness while ensuring compliance and strong people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage HR programs at the site level, including talent management, workforce planning, compensation support, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, including oversight of hourly and temporary workforce recruiting.

  • Collaborate with site leadership and Total Rewards teams to promote competitive compensation, effective leadership practices, and a high-performing workplace culture.

  • Lead succession planning efforts and support leadership development for high-potential employees.

  • Analyze workforce and talent data to identify trends and recommend solutions that drive business outcomes.

  • Manage complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies, working alongside HR leadership and legal partners to mitigate risk.

  • Coach and advise leaders on performance management, career development, and corrective action processes.

  • Build strong relationships between leaders and employees to enhance engagement, morale, and retention.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on HR policies, programs, and best practices.

  • Identify training and development needs across the organization, including executive and leadership coaching.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or site-level HR leadership role and Bachelors Level Degree

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and talent development

  • Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
