HR Sales Consultant

Our company supports the pre-hire requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's) across the region. As an MSP, our reliable products and services provide businesses with powerful HR technology to improve hiring processes; while being better able to identify the 'right' people to hire and to promote, or second staff to project teams. Hiring is a Process, Not an Event!

For over 20 years, SmartHire® has been Saskatchewan's licensed distributor of Hiring and OnBoarding systems, Psychometric Assessments and Pre-Screening and Backgrounding Services. These products, individually or combined, take the guesswork out of and simplify the hiring process.

We seek your expertise, as a Solutions Expert, to determine the products/services that would enhance their existing processes.

This role will be a combination of:

  • Presentation/Sales Activity (55%)
  • Marketing Strategies/Business Development (15%)
  • Account Management (15%)
  • Customer Support (10%)
  • Administrative Tasks (5%)
The Assessment Tools include Aptitude, Motivation, and Personality sections - taken individually or as a whole. These assessments have been successfully utilized in the hospitality, retail, banking, manufacturing, Government, and Not-for-Profit industries (to name a few). Partnering with some of the biggest names in hiring technology, these assessments can also be integrated into hiring platforms.

Training is provided on all the products and services; including those offered by our Supplier and our in-house products. A CRM (current processes being streamlined), VoIP communication systems, and existing and initial prospect lists are provided.

If you have the following capabilities, we invite you to apply:
  • Familiarity with psychometric pre-hire assessments
  • Familiarity with the HR hiring process
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to listen, absorb, and recommend solutions
  • Exceptional computer literacy and familiarity with a CRM system
  • Sales/consulting experience in an outside sales environment
