Duties include:

• Payroll
• Recruiting
• Serve as a buffer between C-suite and staff
• Handle Employee / Disciplinary issues
• Onboarding / new hire orientation
• Build the department
• Establish policies and procedures

Preferences: PLUS not a MUST

• Experience with EOS Traction
• TopGrading experience
• StrengthFinders experience
• Firm / Tough Skinned
• Industry Experience: Real Estate / Hotel

Salary: $70k plus 90 day review based on milestone goals
