We have been engaged by an established entrepreneurial firm in SW SK. They are in search of a Payroll and Benefits professional to administer and manage payroll and benefits for 100 to 150 regional employees within various operating divisions. Payroll is processed internally.
In this role, you will also be responsible to support the divisional General Managers in managing their HR, Recruitment, Compliance, Policy and Regulatory requirements.
What do you need to do the job successfully? 5-7 years related experience along with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources and training or certification from the CPA (Canadians Payroll Association). Any related HR credentials would also be an asset.
