RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full cycle payroll process
- Run semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls
- Process various payroll reports; including quarter and year end payroll reporting
- Manage employee files and HRIS
- Establish and maintain various excel spreadsheets and reports
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, policies, procedures, and other HR programs
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor degree PLUS
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Min 5 yrs of Payroll exp
- Min 3 yrs in a human resources role
- Payroll/HRIS system exp
- Advanced experience: Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required
