RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Full cycle payroll process
  • Run semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls
  • Process various payroll reports; including quarter and year end payroll reporting
  • Manage employee files and HRIS
  • Establish and maintain various excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, policies, procedures, and other HR programs
REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor degree PLUS
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Min 5 yrs of Payroll exp
  • Min 3 yrs in a human resources role
  • Payroll/HRIS system exp
  • Advanced experience: Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required
