Objective:
As the HR Manager/HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and improving human resource processes throughout the organization. Your mission will be to implement effective strategies and provide essential support to ensure the efficiency and success of our HR operations, aligning with our company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR duties across various functional areas including employment, compliance, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and training.
- Serve as a key advisor to management, offering HR guidance, counsel, and decision support, particularly in compliance with multi-state and federal legal requirements.
- Actively engage in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they meet legal standards and organizational objectives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the HR department, including record-keeping, HRIS data entry, and file maintenance.
- Handle employment-related inquiries, participating in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and conducting investigations when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least six (6) years of professional HR experience, with a proven track record in a corporate setting.
- Required PHR/SPHR certification; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems (preferably Paylocity), and compensation management tools.
