About the Opportunity
We’re supporting a search for an HR Manager with a food manufacturing operation in Idaho. This role will support a non-union, multi-shift plant with responsibility for employee relations, HR systems, payroll and timekeeping processes, employment law compliance, and building strong relationships with plant leadership and employees.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead site HR support with a focus on employee relations, compliance, systems, and plant partnership.
Key areas of focus include:
• Support employee relations across the plant
• Build strong relationships with plant leaders and employees
• Apply local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Support HR systems, payroll, and timekeeping processes
• Work with employees from diverse backgrounds
• Manage multiple priorities and solve employee-related issues
• Partner with plant leadership and regional HR support
• Support a non-union manufacturing environment
Who You Are
You are a collaborative HR leader who can build trust with employees and plant leadership.
You are comfortable handling employee relations, managing multiple priorities, and supporting HR processes in a manufacturing environment. You communicate clearly, solve problems effectively, and work well as part of a team.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
• Strong employee relations experience
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• HR systems, payroll, and timekeeping experience
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
• Ability to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
