HR Manager opportunity, in the office, for an experienced HR professional with UKG conversion experience. Salary up to $110K's, plus bonus, benefits, and perks. This HR role will join 2 additional HR staff and report to the VP of HR for this global company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• UKG conversion exp will be key for projects and reporting
• EXP in Canada & CA
• Work out of Atlanta location but able to develop report from a distance as there are 20 facilities they VERY beneficial.
• Progressive HR career - min 7 yrs
• Open to wearing many hats and working with a team mentality exp. into payroll

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HR Policy/Programs: enforce and evaluate human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Hiring/Onboarding: assist/support Recruiter in fulfilling open positions
• Benefits: assess needs and trends; plan development, open enrollment, vendor management, compliance processes, associate support
• Payroll: manage data input/updates, create/process routine and ad hoc reports
• Employee Relations: receive and resolve grievances; interact with employees to address questions and concerns
• Acquisitions: assist in transitioning new facilities to existing benefit and payroll platforms and policies
• Continuous Improvement: evaluate and recommend HR policy, practice, and procedure enhancement
