PURPOSE: The HR Manager reports to the Mill Manager and is responsible for labor / union relations, recruiting management, training & development, along with other essential duties at this Specialty Pulp & Paper operation in the Northwest US. Privately owned operation, beautiful location, and excellent compensation & benefits packages.

Training & Development
Site Security, Compliance issues
Salary Administration, and more.
B.S./M.S. or 4-year college degree
Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Power, or related Heavy Manufacturing Industry HR experience
Familiar with relevant laws, legal codes, precedents, regulations, executive orders, standards and agency rules applicable to employment, safety, benefits, policies, union issues, payroll, etc.
HR experience in a union environment required.
