HR Manager – Dalton, GA

When: Immediate need with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Where: In-office role based in Dalton, GA.

Office Environment: In-office environment reporting to the Controller and utilizing Paycor software.
Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually with fully paid benefits.
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will lead HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all employee-related processes, including onboarding, benefits management, recruiting, and compliance. This position offers a leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact within a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Manage benefits administration and annual renewals.

Direct recruiting efforts and applicant communication.

Administer 401(k), short-term disability, and life insurance programs.

Maintain HR data and documentation using Paycor software.

Collaborate with the Controller on strategic HR initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in HR management or leadership role preferred.

Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS tools.
