We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to support our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for leading daily HR operations, supporting leadership, and helping build a strong, safe, and engaged workforce on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles

  • Support supervisors and managers with employee relations, coaching, and performance management

  • Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and development programs

  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation (FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEO, etc.)

  • Partner with production and engineering leadership to improve culture, retention, and workforce planning

  • Handle payroll changes, benefits administration, attendance issues, and corrective actions

  • Lead engagement initiatives, safety-focused HR support, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of HR experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance

  • Comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees, technicians, and engineers

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments preferred
