HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to support our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for leading daily HR operations, supporting leadership, and helping build a strong, safe, and engaged workforce on the production floor.
Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles

Support supervisors and managers with employee relations, coaching, and performance management

Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and development programs

Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation (FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEO, etc.)

Partner with production and engineering leadership to improve culture, retention, and workforce planning

Handle payroll changes, benefits administration, attendance issues, and corrective actions

Lead engagement initiatives, safety-focused HR support, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:

3–5+ years of HR experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments

Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance

Comfortable working closely with shop-floor employees, technicians, and engineers

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments preferred
