Job Description
Interviewing now for an in-office experienced HR Manager in Cumming, GA with a rapidly growing company offering up to $100K, plus bonus, benefits, and perks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s in HR or related field
Min 3 yrs of HR management exp
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP +
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update employee files: HR, Employee Health, Agency and Contract Services
Prepare and maintain employee new hire packets and ensure accurate and timely completion of the new hire process
Prepare employment status reports for payroll, HR, and/or compliance purposes
Process and maintain all workers’ compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA, and leaves of absence
Provide services that include applicant sourcing, recruiting, and employee orientation.
Report to the Director of HR
Assist in managing the department
Performance evaluations/termination/recruit, interview, hire, and train
