Role You Will Play:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing distribution activities in the areas of salaried and hourly administration, benefits, succession planning, workers comp, and more. This individual reports to the General Manager of company. This role will require you to be a strong strategic, collaborative, and analytical HR leader who is capable of bringing creative, innovative thinking to resolve complex business, and HR challenges. You will be someone who has a track record of managing lawsuits, workers comp, and anticipating challenges and providing solutions that add value and promote a culture of change and HR leadership. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
