Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Office)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in benefits administration, with payroll experience being a plus. This role will involve handling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee benefits, conducting open enrollment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other related plans.
- Open Enrollment: Coordinate and execute the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and answering employee questions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead and manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding experience for departing employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Payroll (a Plus): Support payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll changes, and compliance with payroll policies.
- HRIS Management: Leverage UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) to manage employee records, benefits data, and track key HR metrics.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding.
- Payroll Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.
- UKG Expertise: Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: (depending on experience)
