Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support all facets of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Manage employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, and records

Provide guidance to staff on HR-related inquiries and conflict resolution

Assist with performance review processes and employee development programs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files and documentation
Qualifications:

2+ years of HR Generalist experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with HRIS systems preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
