About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing and dynamic organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership across a wide range of HR functions.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, driving HR initiatives, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and onboarding
- Manage benefits administration and assist employees with questions
- Process and support payroll in collaboration with accounting or external vendors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems
- Support HR projects and initiatives to improve engagement and retention
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or similar preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
