About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing and dynamic organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership across a wide range of HR functions.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, driving HR initiatives, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and onboarding
  • Manage benefits administration and assist employees with questions
  • Process and support payroll in collaboration with accounting or external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve engagement and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or similar preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
