The position plays a key role in our People efforts. As a champion of the company culture and values, the position drives the company’s People strategies and shows passion for partnering with our leaders to grow our business. This position is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Executive Vice President/CFO and works in partnership with the CEO and other senior managers within the company.
Oversee key people processes and HR transactions such as onboarding, exits, performance management, compensation and bonus administration, flexible work arrangements, workers’ compensation claims, and efforts related to the employee engagement.
Work with managers and employees to address and resolve employee relations issues and concerns, including taking corrective action and conducting internal investigations as needed.
Serve as a trusted business partner to the senior management team on the People strategy to deliver business results.
Lead the formulation and implementation of programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, total rewards, performance management, diversity and inclusion, workplace flexibility, diversity and wellness initiatives.
Maintain working knowledge of federal and state employment laws to reduce risk and ensure compliance
Thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
Ability to become a trusted advisor to the senior management team.
Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience in amanufacturingorganization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performance teams and fostering an inclusive culture.
