HR Director/Head of People, in-office opportunity in Duluth, 30097 with a salary of $120K- $170K, DOE. Primary responsibility is to lead and manage the overall human resources function. Ensure that the organization has the human resources necessary to achieve its goals and objectives, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and fostering a positive work environment for employees. Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR
- 5+ yrs. + of directly related experience
- MUST have's: 1. Thorough Paycom experience, multi state HR experience, and HR Certification.
- Stable job history
- Experience working with Hrly Employees
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and other managers on HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and off boarding.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, including compensation and benefits programs, employee recognition programs, and training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and HR process improvements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, managers, unions, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
