HR, Culture, and Relations Executive
Job Description
Our client, a lease and property management company, is seeking an HR, Culture & Relations Executive to join their team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be at the heart of fostering a positive internal work culture, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and managing public relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Management:
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with company culture and objectives.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
- Support payroll and leave management in collaboration with the finance team.
Culture Development:
- Create and maintain initiatives that enhance workplace morale and employee engagement.
- Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Develop communication strategies to reinforce company values and community spirit.
Tenant Welfare & Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organize tenant meetings to discuss feedback, improvements, and community initiatives.
- Maintain open communication between tenants and company management to foster a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize community events that involve tenants and promote their businesses.
Public Relations & Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and community presence.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, local businesses, and community groups.
- Represent the company at community events and public engagements.
- Create content for press releases and manage media relations.
Conflict Resolution & Mediation:
- Act as a mediator in conflicts between tenants or between employees and management.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with relevant parties to resolve them amicably.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve tenant and employee satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of HR activities, tenant interactions, and public relations initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing key issues and progress on culture, relations, and public engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of tenant engagement strategies and propose improvements.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, community relations, or public relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
