HR Coordinator – Dalton, GA

When: Immediate need with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Office Environment: In-office environment reporting to the Controller and utilizing Paycor software.
Salary: Up to $65,000 annually with fully paid benefits.

Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits renewals, recruiting assistance, and maintaining HR compliance. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Manage benefits administration and annual renewals

  • Support recruiting efforts and applicant communication

  • Administer 401(k), short-term disability, and life insurance programs

  • Maintain HR data and documentation using Paycor software

  • Collaborate with the Controller on various HR functions

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in HR or administrative support preferred

  • Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS tools

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
