This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, well-respected Human Resources department, where you will partner with BU leaders on succession planning, employee relations, training and leadership development and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic workforce and succession planning.
- Executive coaching on leadership, teamwork, and strategy.
- Create HR programs for competitive advantage.
- Lead and participate in HR projects.
- Measure HR strategy effectiveness and drive action.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Organizational Development teams.
- Lead HR solutions by delivering HR strategies, organizational efficiency, and workforce planning.
- Be a thought partner by driving business outcomes through innovative human capital strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders by planning and delivering impactful HR solutions.
- Advise with expertise by guiding business unit leaders on people and organizational issues.
- Drive success by consulting with leaders to achieve business goals.
- Deliver strategic HR by aligning HR strategies with organizational needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
