Responsibilities


The HRBP is responsible for supporting strategic and day-to-day HR functions:

  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for U.S. operations
  • Design and implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a key advisor to management regarding performance management
  • Support compensation planning and benefit administration
  • Act as the U.S. liaison for global learning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and industry-specific standards


Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and Learning Management Systems
