Our Client in the BPO Industry is looking for a HR Business Partner

Basic Function:
  • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning company & business process objectives with employees and management in the business units
  • As a consultant, The HRBP is an administrative expert who provides advisory services to business leadership on human resources related issues. He/she will also act as an employee champion and change agent
  • The HRBP proactively assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, Site Initiatives, RNR plan. Establishes a healthy communication within the HR department and business leadership, the business partner seeks to develop integrated solutions to business process problems and create positive impact. He/she will also perform a wide range of HR activities including but not limited to labor & employee relations management, talent management, compensation & benefits administration, workforce planning/talent acquisition, organizational design, and performance management
  • The HRBP will be driving cross-functional initiatives that involve stakeholders across the organization and is expected to play a key role in benchmarking best practices and leveraging relationships
  • The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business process’s operations, financial position, business agenda/goals, its culture and its competition
Job Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Business Partner – Executive covers a multi-faceted HR delivery to support Business Process, its leadership and employees
He/ She is empowered to recommend and coordinate on specific low-to-medium HR/Site Initiative-related matters affecting overall general employee experience and business process
Specific to site deployment, the HRBP shall execute HR strategies respective of the business goals of each vertical/process, and satisfactorily manage four (4) key functional areas:

Data and Information Management
  • Files Management (Active, Separated, Database/Tracker, Shared)
  • Audit Compliance
  • Regular & Special HR Reports Relevant to Strategizing & Decision Making
  • Employee Movement within the Process/Company
  • Trigger for Separation, Salary Hold, Access Disability, etc
  • Site Initiatives/RNR Plans

  • Government Mandatory
  • Company Initiated
  • General Administrative Services
Labor & Employee Relations
  • Company & Legal Policies and Standards Compliance

The HR Business Partner shall contribute and support the Site HR Manager in organization transformational activities, such as but are not limited to:

Working hours: 6pm to 3am
