PURPOSE: The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to deliver & execute HR policies and programs for this tissue manufacturing and converting facility in the Southeast. Partnering with the business and the Human Resources Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations and work collaboratively with the HR Centrers of Excellence, including; Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Shared Services, Health Services, Payroll and Benefits.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively administer HR programs and processes, including; performance management, learning and development, disability management, rewards and recognition.
Provide hands-on support to employees and managers in a broad range of HR functions.
Support the interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment efforts, including; interviewing, selection and offers.
Conduct the new hire on-boarding and orientation process.
Coach employees and people leaders with respect to behaviours that support our culture and values.
Gather employee feedback through life-cycle interviews and analyze the information.
Conduct regular reporting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Organize the employee engagement survey process including serving as the primary point-of-contact for the administration, distribution and tracking of surveys.
Maintain systems by validating and entering information in the HR system.
