We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner for a reputable organization located in the Central Valley area! The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring compliance with California labor laws. Core duties and responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers to resolve workplace issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including jobs postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to create a positive employee experience.
  • Support open enrollment and address employee benefit-related inquiries.
  • Manage leave of absence and accommodation in compliance with California laws.
  • Conduct HR audits and maintain personnel records in compliance with state regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, employee satisfaction and provide actionable insights.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with standard HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Ceridian-Dayforce a plus) and MS Office Suite.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $80K to $95K, depending on experience.
